Brentwood Associates takes stake in Chicken Salad Chick

One of the oldest private equity firms in the US has bought a majority stake in fast casual restaurant chain Chicken Salad Chick. Brentwood Associates made the purchase from Eagle Merchant Partners, but no financial terms were disclosed.
