Bulldozer Group to launch Gaia in the UK

Dubai hospitality firm Bulldozer Group is set to bring its Greek Mediterranean cuisine-inspired taverna concept Gaia into the UK, with a venue at at One Berkeley Street in London’s Mayfair to open next year. Gaia already has sites in Dubai and Monte Carlo.
