CEO at Walgreens Boots Alliance Stefano Pessina steps down

The US-based parent company of Boots has announced that its chief executive Stefano Pessina will be stepping down to become executive chairman of the business. Stefano was named chief executive in 2015, and will succeed James Skinner as executive chair.
