Comet Bidders Warned Of £49m Pension Deficit

The UK’s third biggest electrical goods retailer has told its potential buyers that they will have to take on a pension deficit of £49m in order to acquire the chain. The retailer was put up for sale by its parent company, Kesa Electricals, after it made a £9m loss.
