Coop Switzerland to expand stake in Bell Food Group

The cooperative has announced plans to raise its stake in the Swiss meat processor and convenience food business to over 66.67%, from a current total of 66.29%. Coop Switzerland has said that it does not intend to take over or delist Bell Food Group.
