D2C platform Clovia to be acquired by Reliance Retail

India's retail chain Reliance Retail, founded by businessman Mukesh Ambani, has said it is acquiring a majority stake of 89% in direct-to-consumer brand Clovia for $125m. Clovia sells over 3,500 items across innerwear and loungewear for millennial women.
