Danone agrees to sell Chilean subsidiary to Watts for CLP16bn (US$24m)

The deal includes all of the company's assets, including all manufacturing facilities and brands. Watts, which is based in Santiago, has also signed a separate licensing contract with Danone for Activia, Danone and Danone Light for the next 15 years.
