The new owner of the clothing chain, Edinburgh Woollen Mill, is preparing an online offer for Peacocks, set to launch in 2013. When it acquired Peacocks out of administration last month, Edinburgh Woollen Mill chose not to buy the brand's online business, opting instead to develop its own transactional site.
