French music streaming platform Deezer to be taken public

The founder of luxury goods group Kering, François Pinault, and two founding members of a Paris-listed blank-check firm, I2PO, have said they will acquire Spotify's rival Deezer from US industrial group Access Industries for over $1bn and take it public.
