Game Digital management supports Sports Direct takeover bid

Game’s management will sell their shares to Sports Direct, having told shareholders to accept the offer of 30p per share - equating to a deal worth approximately £52m. Sports Direct boss Mike Ashley already owns almost 40% of Game.
