Greene King Appoints New Finance Chief

Matthew Fearn is to replace Ian Bull as group finance director at the brewer and pub operator. Fearn will leave his current role as chief financial officer at Brakes to join Greene King’s board in September. Bull, who joined the group in 2006, has taken the role of chief financial officer at Ladbrokes.
