Higher prices and hospitality recovery boost Carlsberg’s revenues

The Danish brewer has seen its sales rise 24% on an organic basis to $2.1bn in the first quarter, compared to a growth of 13% predicted by analysts. Carlsberg has said that it is facing losses of $1.4bn as it moves ahead with plans to exit Russia.
