Hony Capital-backed PizzaExpress completes acquisition of Firezza

The deal is thought to be valued at £5m, and will give the italian restaurant chain an entryway into London's pizza delivery market. Firezza will continue to be led by co-founder Edin Basic, and PizzaExpress' delivery service Delivered will open this year.
