Lactalis agrees to purchase Australian yogurt business Jalna

Lactalis has agreed to acquire Australian dairy company Jalna, which will help expand its yogurt portfolio and strengthen its position in the Australian dairy market. The acquisition includes Jalna’s brands, two production facilities and a milk farm.
