Lotus Bakeries to buy Peter’s Yard

Belgian snacking giant Lotus Bakeries is to acquire British artisanal sourdough crackers and crisps specialist Peter’s Yard, in a deal expected to close on 1 July. Over the past three years, Peter’s Yard doubled its sales in the UK to nearly £6m.
