Mayfair-backed YO!Sushi acquires Bento Sushi for $78.3m

YO! Sushi will gain access to the second-largest sushi restaurant brand in North America with more than 600 locations. Mayfair acquires a majority stake in YO! in 2015 as part of a management buyout of the restaurant operator that same year.
