Merlin Entertainments poised to take over Cadbury World

Merlin Entertainments is set to take over Cadbury World under a 50-year deal that adds the family attraction in Bournville to a portfolio including Legoland and Madame Tussauds. Merlin is acquiring operations from Mondelez, which bought Cadbury in 2010.
