Lupin protein brand Mikuna Foods raises $5.6m in funding

Mikuna, which claims to be the first brand to introduce protein from Andes-grown chocho to the US market, has secured $5.6m in a seed round. The funding will help the company scale its production capacity and extend its distribution footprint.
