M&S launches alumni mentoring scheme in a retail first

M&S is launching its alumni mentoring scheme in partnership with mentoring software Guider. The move will see the retailer's 10,000 alumni play an active role in the M&S family while allowing current staff to benefit from their experience and know-how.
