National Express urges Stagecoach to accept all-share bid

The bus and coach group is urging Stagecoach shareholders to accept its all-share bid, which values Stagecoach at 83.5p-a-share. Stagecoach would have to reject a rival all-cash 105p-a-share bid from German infrastructure investor DWS.
