Neil Balnaves steps down from role as chairman of Ardent Leisure

He has held the role for 13 years, and will leave effective 6th November. Non-executive director George Vernardos has been named as his replacement. Deborah Thomas was named chief executive in 2015, and the company has concluded its strategic review.
