Pernod Ricard to sell Tormore whisky brand to Elixir Distillers

Pernod Ricard has signed an agreement to sell its Tormore Scotch whisky brand and distillery to premium spirits producer, Elixir Distillers. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
