Following the announcement of Lidl CEO Karl-Heinz Holland's departure - due to "different, unbridgeable views" about company strategy - a replacement has been drafted in from parent company Schwarz Group. Sven Seidel, who was previously responsible for business and development, joined Schwarz Group three years ago.
