SSP prepares to launch food hall concept at Brisbane airport

The U.K.-based transport hub foodservice specialist has secured a seven-year contract, worth around £40m, to launch Food Collective. The concept will be the first of its kind in an Australian airport, drawing inspiration from farmers’ markets.
