Takeaway.com completes all-stock merger with Just Eat

After a close bidding war with South African firm Prosus, the Dutch brand has officially won the competition to merge with Just Eat. The £5.9m deal will form Just Eat Takeaway.com, to be led by chief executive Jitse Groen.
