Terra Firma Submits Second-Round Bid For Garden Centre Group

The private equity firm is thought to be amongst a small number of interested parties who have submitted second-round bids to acquire the garden centre chain. Lloyds put its 40% share in the Garden Centre Group on the market earlier this year, with the 130-strong chain valued at approximately £300m.
