The outdoor clothing manufacturer and retailer is to provide online management training, leading to a foundation degree, for its staff thanks to a new partnership with Anglia Ruskin University. Ten staff will initially begin studying for the degree, which aims to equip managers with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in today’s challenging business climate.
