– HTL and retail companies are more serious about D&I than they’ve ever been
– Leadership teams are becoming more diverse – and Covid-19 has not had a long-term impact on the proportion of women and ethnic minority leaders in senior roles
– Progress is too slow. If the current rate of change continues, we will not reach gender parity at the top-three leadership levels for another eleven years
