Grounded Kitchen to ramp up UK expansion

Korean-inspired restaurant Grounded Kitchen is looking to open 50 new UK sites in a £15m investment. The ten-strong business, which launched in Leicester in 2017, is planning to sign up franchisees for up to 25 sites at a time, creating over 500 jobs.
