The new boss of Britain's largest mobile-phone company has shrunk his new leadership team from 26 to 10. Marc Allera, former sales and marketing director at 3, has been hired as chief sales officer. Richard Moat, the company's deputy chief executive and finance director, is one of six executives leaving the company.
