Kris Engskov, who was formerly Bill Clinton's so-called "body man" whilst he was president, has been named as the new managing director for the coffee chain's operations in the UK and Ireland. He is taking over from Darcy Willson-Rymer, who is leaving Starbucks to head up another company.
