The MBS Group is delighted to present the 2024 edition of the Women to Watch in Hospitality, Travel, Leisure and Retail Index, produced in partnership with WiHTL and Diversity in Retail. Now in its sixth year, the publication highlights more than 100 inspiring women in senior executive roles, who are acting as role models for the next generation of leaders.
For the first time, we have also carved out a chapter for women in senior technology and engineering roles. At a critical inflexion point in the advancement and adoption of AI, it is our hope that this section will inspire more women to take up roles in this traditionally male-dominated field.
